took a couple days off since the race. i've been pretty sore so i decided to relax and just do core workouts. today i finally went with my running group but i turned early so i wouldn't over do it. just 5. didn't sleep a lot because i got into a book series called "twlight" i hate it soo much. i hate it! but i just cant put it down! once i finish it i'm going to burn it...in the twlight hahahahahahahhaahahah! anyway, i'm just going to go 15 miles this week. good run. |
