that was when i was 18, but i'm now 52 and just started running again so i'll fill this of more times later. Short-Term Running Goals: i hope to finish a 400meter in less than 2 minute.
I want to get my mile under 12min Long-Term Running Goals: lose enough weight to be as light as i was senior year in high school (103) Personal: well something interesting about me is that 3 years ago i went on the Biggest Loser show...but that didn't go well. i gained 60 pounds. but on the plus side the show told me that i was the first one to gain weight on the show and gave me a $5 dollar coupon to Mcdonalds....my favorite :)
My starting weight was 365 pounds. After training this past bit, (with my trainer Philander) I am now 280 pounds! also i'm 5"6'. i know i have a long way to go but i think i can do it! please comment on my runs to help motivate me!
