okay so sorry its taken me so long to write but i just couldn't decide on what i wanted to choose!!! I'm still a little unsure on my decision but i want to lose the weight more than ice cream because that will be so much better for me in the long point of view. so I'm making a goal of running everyday and look! I'm almost below 300! things are pretty chopped up between philander and I. last night while we were doing P90X, he was smoking (which is the only thing i hate about him) and he saw an old man picking his nose out the window and started laughing, causing his ciggerate to fall out of his mouth and fall on my wooden toe which then caught on fire and burned before he could get it out....so that laid me back these past couple weeks. but now i'm back on track and doing well. he made a metal one for me that even puts a little spring in my step.and you know what they say when you have a spring in your step, "When you have a spring in your step, don't let it back talk your hand into slapping the person butt next to you"
anyway, my run was pretty fun, i went around the duck pound and up the river. i had to stop 5 times so that wasn't good. And guess what i had for dinner tonight! Duck :) and i invited my nieghbor (the old man i talked about earlier) and we had a nice chat about his back hair.
