hello readers :) thank you for commenting and helping me feel happy. i know i haven't blogged in a week and a half but i have just been soo busy! first of all, remember that trainer i told you about last time? well he has helped me lose 45 pounds! and he's positive that i will be down to 150 by the end of the year. isn't that AMAZING! but! you may ask...what is my motive to staying on this intense diet? well i'll tell you... Philander, my trainer, told me that if i got down below 200 pounds then he would begin dating me! he said that was i quite a lovely lady with lots of steak.
anyway, with all the excersises and weight i've lost, i went on a run today and i did 3 miles. and it felt so much easier. it only took me less than an hour which is a huge PR. i also went on a 3 minute swim and 6 minute bike ride. life is really looking up to me and i'm pretty sure it was because i joined this blog. ever sense i created an account here i've had such good luck. anyway, bye! i'm going to train with Philander (which is a greek name that means lover of mankind) (ha which reminds me, when i first met him, he thought i was a man hahahahhaahahahahahah.... so i shaved my beard and he realized i was a women.. it was so funny) |
