Running Accomplishments:

when i was in high school i ran a 4:59 mile and got 2nd at nationals.

that was when i was 18, but i'm now 52 and just started running again so i'll fill this of more times later.

Short-Term Running Goals:

i hope to finish a 400meter in less than 2 minute.

I want to get my mile under 12min  

Long-Term Running Goals:

lose enough weight to be as light as i was senior year in high school (103)

Personal:

well something interesting about me is that 3 years ago i went on the Biggest Loser show...but that didn't go well. i gained 60 pounds. but on the plus side the show told me that i was the first one to gain weight on the show and gave me a $5 dollar coupon to Mcdonalds....my favorite :)

My starting weight was 365 pounds. After training this past bit, (with my trainer Philander) I am now 280 pounds! also i'm 5"6'. i know i have a long way to go but i think i can do it! please comment on my runs to help motivate me! Please comment.  Cause you know what they say, when people get comments, they lose weight! hahahhahahah i love that quote...but seriouly. comment

My sessions with Dr. Looper have been good. He's helped me a lot lately and i'm getting back into running. I joined a group that goes every morning and they are all very friendly. the 8 miles just ZOOMED by. i've felt very happy the past week. i think breaking up with Philander has been the best thing since the cow jumped over saturn...or was it the sun?? i dont know, but it doesnt matter, you know what i mean.

I've official joined that group now and i'll go with them 4 times a week. Dr. Looper is setting me up with a new trainer that will help me cut the remain 70 pounds. I'm sure his suggestion will be very efficant and i'll lose it in no time! Just uploaded my steak box! I'll be eating well tonight (:

first of all, i'd like to clarify the whole Philander thing. that person who claims to be him on this blog, is not. i recently found out who it really was: Remember how i went to see Dr. Looper on monday. well, i told him my whole story of course so he could give me advice (which he did) and turns out that a 14 year old immature boy had been listening behind the door the whole time! so he thought he'd play a joke on me and pretend to be him on the bog. But no worries, i found where he lived and sat on him till he promised to delete him and stop it. but if he doesn't just ignore whatever he says.

ANYWAY, met with the group again and went 6 miles at 9:30 pace. felt kind of sick and had to stop 4 times to use the restroom, but my group waited for me thankfully. I'm starting to make some really great friends! when i got home i streched a ton then is some P90X to work on my cardio. the man that Dr. Looper set me up with has been sending me workouts through email and it has been working very well.

P.S. i saw the girl philander made out with at kmart (she doesn't know who i am) and i went over and 'accidently' knocked her into the shelves...and she somehow got knocked out from that...so i didn't know what to do because i didnt want to touch her filthy body so i just ran away instead...because you know what they say: If you knock out a girl at kmart, Dont eat her hamster!  hahahahahahahahahhahahahhahaha oh man, i love that quote. anyway, i talked to you later!

nice easy run with my group. planning on a 10k race next friday!!!!!! i'm SOOOOOOOOO excited. it will be amazing! my goal time is sub 1 hour. i know i can do this. i didn't get a lot of sleep last night because i was up late looking for a good race. none of the people from my group want to do it but i just really want to. if i cant find one i might just end up making one up around my house and have my dog time it. just kidding hahahahhah dogs can't do that. i'll probably ask Dr. Looper to do it after my appointment on wednesday. but if he can't i'll call my mom and she'll come over.

great week with good milage. no updates on Philander...i've had a couple people from the blog call and ask me about if and i'll tell everyone how i told the people who called me (from the blog) WE ARE done. thats all there is to be said.

My life is rather wonderful right now!
